Kindness

It’s nice to show random acts of kindness. But we must remember why we love… why we show kindness.

Kindness isn’t just something we do to get other’s praises or to feel good about ourselves.

We show kindness, because this is part of love…

“We love because He first loved us.” ~1 John 4:19

~ True kindness is from the heart~

•Ask, “What would this person like?”

“A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in pictures of silver.” ~Proverbs 25:11

•Ask, “What does this person need?”

“Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?

Is it not to deal thy bread to the hungry, and that thou bring the poor that are cast out to the house? when thou sees the naked, that thou cover him; and that thou hide not thyself from thy own flesh?” ~ Isaiah 58:6-7

•Speak softly and be caring

“And be ye kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as Yahweh for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you.” ~ Ephesians 4:32

We do not live for ourselves, we live for Yahweh…and love, as He first loved us.

~Be Kind~

  9. This is a great, post! I mean, God showed us love by sending His son to die on the cross for our sins. Since we have that love, we can share it with those around us through kindness. Show the love of Christ through our actions. You’re on point, girl! 😊
